Apex Solutions provides IT software development, technology consulting, AI automation solutions, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full intellectual property rights to the custom software developed for them. Apex Solutions retains the right to use non-confidential project details for portfolio and marketing purposes.
4. Client Responsibilities

- Make payments as per the agreed schedule
- Provide necessary access to systems and platforms
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the project proposal or service agreement. Typically, projects require an upfront payment with milestone-based payments. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Apex Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
